About Our Farm
At Brooks Farm, our goal is to provide you with a healthy, quality product without added hormones or antibiotics.
Our lambs are 100% grassfed and rotationally grazed on 320 acres of our family farm located in Eastern Audrain County, Missouri.
After the grazing season, they are provided high quality hay from our farm while still on the pasture. The pastures consist of cool and warm season grasses and legumes with ample shade and multiple fresh watering facilities, producing low stressed lambs. Many studies have shown that grassfed meat is high in Omega 3's and CLA's.
We batch test our meat for flavor and tenderness to ensure you are getting the best cuts for you and your family.
