You can buy our meat direct by contacting us via email or phone. You can also find select cuts in local grocery stores including both Clovers Natural Markets in Columbia, Missouri.
You can also find our meat deliciously prepared and served at Columbia's Barred Owl Butcher & Table where they bring seasonal, local ingredients, and a whole-animal philosophy to the table, as well as in their butcher shop. What is the hanging weight?
The average hanging weight (which is about 50% of the live weight) ranges from 50-60 pounds.

How much meat will I get for a whole lamb?
Depending on your choice of cuts, but approximately 30 lbs. of packaged meat.
Are your lambs raised on grass pasture?Yes, always.
Are your lambs fed anything else besides grass and hay?
Not when there is good quality forage during the growing season and they are fed high quality hay during the non-growing season.
How often are your lambs fed hay?
We supplement with mixed grass hay rich with clover, lespedeza, timothy, redtop, and blue stem, for about three months out of the year. Other than that, we have bountiful amounts of grass for our lambs to graze.
